This rugged and bold wristband is about 2 1/4" (5.7cm) wide with 1" (1.3cm) metal rings looped throughout, with snaps at the end. Add approximately 1 1/2" (3.8cm) to your wrist size to choose the proper size. So if you wrist is 7" (17.8cm) wide, choose the 8 1/2" (21.6cm) wristband.
